Membership Agreement - what it means for you

The Membership Agreement is a set of terms established by Legacy S.Q.U.A.D, outlining the rights and responsibilities of both the social club and its members. It serves to define the legal framework governing the relationship between Legacy II and its valued members.

What to expect in the Membership Agreement

By joining Legacy S.Q.U.A.D., you agree to the following terms and conditions governing your membership:

Organization Structure
Legacy S.Q.U.A.D. is a for-profit social club, not a nonprofit organization. While we are committed to charitable giving and community impact, we are not a tax-exempt entity under IRS guidelines. Membership fees and donations are not tax-deductible.

Membership Fee
The annual membership fee is $100 and is due on January 1 of each calendar year. This fee helps cover administrative and operational costs. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Event Access & Participation
Members may receive discounted rates to select events and may also gain access to exclusive member-only experiences. Some events may carry an additional fee, which will be clearly stated in advance.

Member Conduct
As a member of Legacy S.Q.U.A.D., you agree to uphold the values of respect, inclusion, and community engagement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of our code of conduct.

Use of Funds
Membership dues and event proceeds support club operations and community-focused initiatives. While we are committed to giving back, the allocation of funds is at the discretion of Legacy S.Q.U.A.D.’s leadership.

Media Consent
By joining the organization and attending events, you grant permission for your image, likeness, or statements to be used in promotional materials, including photographs and videos, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Communication & Privacy
By becoming a member, you consent to receive communications from Legacy S.Q.U.A.D. regarding events, initiatives, and updates. We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Changes to Terms
Legacy S.Q.U.A.D. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
